Terms of Service - provision of tools and resources
At The Pool Shop Coach (ABN 80 469 894 242) ("we", "us" or "our"), we create practical tools and resources for pool and spa business owners. These terms apply whenever you download, access or purchase any of them, whether free or paid. By completing a download or purchase, you agree to these terms. This policy should be read in conjunction with our privacy policy, which outlines how we handle personal and sensitive information.
General information only. Our calculators, templates, guides and other tools are general resources to help you understand and run your business. They do not constitute financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and they do not take your individual circumstances into account. Before making financial or business decisions, speak with your accountant or a qualified adviser.
Your use, your responsibility. Any results from our tools depend on the information you enter and how you apply them. We are not responsible for decisions made using our tools. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Purchases and payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout, and your tool is delivered digitally once payment is confirmed. If it doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll resend it.
Refunds. Because our tools are digital and delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If a tool is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For your own business use. All tools and resources remain the property of The Pool Shop Coach (Lee Salisbury). You're welcome to use them in your own business. Do NOT copy, resell, rebrand or share them as your own.
Your details. When you download or purchase a tool, you agree to receive emails from The Pool Shop Coach. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share your details. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Monitoring and review. This policy will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure currency and compliance.
